How to register
Attendance at the Asia Cutting Edge 2007 is by invitation only
and places are strictly limited. If you or your organization has
not received an invitation, please contact the Conference
Coordinator to apply for one. You may also nominate someone from
another organization. Please note that application or nomination
does not guarantee an invitation. Places at the Conference are
limited. Please register early to avoid disappointment.
Arrival and departure
• Registration for the Academy will begin at 3.00pm on Sunday
Nov 18.
• Registration for the Conference will begin at 3.00pm on Monday
Nov 19 with the official opening at 8.30am Tuesday Nov 20.
• The Conference will end with the Closing Plenary evening of
Thursday, Nov 22, departures planned for after breakfast on Nov
23.
• Transport to and from the airport will be provided on Sunday Nov
18, Monday Nov 19, Thursday Nov 22, Friday Nov 23, Saturday Nov
24 and Sunday Nov 25, 2007.
Venue
A peaceful and leafy training centre on the outskirts of
Bangkok with some sport facilities. Details upon confirmation.

Early-bird discount!
Early bird rate is available for full payment before 31 July
2007.
Cancellation
Cancellation before 30 September 2007 has a non-refundable
deposit of £70. After this date there is no refund.
Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own insurance cover for
the conference and for their own equipment. Viva Network Asia
Centre cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage to
your personal effects.
Payment
Payment may be made by credit card, via telegraphic transfer
(electronic bank to bank transfer) or by cheque.
